Zevenwacht The Tin Mine Red 2021
The Tin Mine Red 2021, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Shiraz, took the top spot with 95 points at the Prescient SA Signature Red Blend Report 2024. A complex nose of blackberry, cranberry and dark cherry with savoury herbs. Full-bodied on the palate with a dark fruit complexity, subtle spice, and elegant tannins. Try with pan-seared pork tenderloin with roasted root vegetables. It also pairs well with venison and braaied meats.
