Ben Glover 'Bob Short For Kate' Pinot Noir 2020
Nicknamed ‘Bob’ by her family (some of you may recognize the Blackadder reference), Bob /short for Kate is a tribute to Kate Glover, Ben’s sister, who passed away in 2018. The wine has a seductive cherry red hue with aromas of wild berries, cherries, raspberry and a hint of green spice. The palate is silky and precise with red fruits with some green olive notes. Great with tuna and salmon sashimi.
