Domaine Evremond Classic Cuvée Brut Edition 1
Superb sparkling wine from Kent, founded by patrick McGrath MW and Pierre-Emanuel Taittinger. The first edition of the Classic Cuvée comprises from Domaine Evremond's original plots, across two vintages, consisiting of all three Champagne varieties with Pinot Noir being the dominant variety. The wine spends 3 years on lees in stainless steel before release. The nose is creamy and chalky, with crisp Granny Smith, lime blossom and citrus pith, with hints of riper Conference pear. It’s beautifully fine, saline and pure, with a beautifully fine yet creamy mousse that complements the wine’s tension, driving to a stony, flinty, oyster-shell finish.
We aim to have your wine ready to collect within 4 hours or less. Please note Click & Collect is only available during the shop opening hours, Tuesday - Saturday, 10am-5pm.
