High altitude Pinot Nero from Veneto which is fermented in stainless steel to preserve the vibrant fruit characters. Lovely bright red cherry flavours with wild strawberries and delicate rose petal notes. Bright acidity on the finish with mineral undertones and sweet spices. Try with duck breast or wild mushroom risotto.
