Domaine Les Poëte Pouilly-Fumé 2023
A classy Sauvignon Blanc which spends 12 months in a mix of barrel and tank. Svelte, just shy of a ‘rich’ texture, white pepper, green mango, preserved lemons and sage on the nose. High acidity with plush, plump but chalky texture, lots of herbaceous character with gooseberries. A beautifully balanced wine which pairs well with rich seafood dishes.
We aim to have your wine ready to collect within 4 hours or less. Please note Click & Collect is only available during the shop opening hours, Tuesday - Saturday, 10am-5pm.
