Château Cissac Haut-Médoc Cru Bourgeois 2018
This is an elegant blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon. The average age of the vines is 34 years. Each parcel is seperately fermented and this is split between steel and oak vessels. Once blended the wine is matured in barriques for 14 months, of which 30% is new oak. Highly concentrated fruit aromas of black plums, cherries and spice. The palate is fleshy, fresh and elegant with a fine balance and silky tannins to finish.
We aim to have your wine ready to collect within 4 hours or less. Please note Click & Collect is only available during the shop opening hours, Tuesday - Saturday, 10am-5pm.
