A sublime red, with grapes sourced from the mineral-rich volcanic soils of Sicily. Fermentation and maceration takes place in both French oak and concrete vats. This is followed by 2 years maturation, resulting in a beautifully elegant wine full of red fruit and spicy aromas with plenty of minerality.
