The 2024 Esk Valley Chardonnay is a medium-bodied, elegant Hawke's Bay, New Zealand white wine, characterized by notes of white peach, citrus, and a creamy, nutty texture. It is produced with a "hands-off" approach, featuring wild yeast fermentation and extended lees stirring for a textured, complex finish. Try with scallops.
