A classic Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon, complex yet approachable, with deep primary fruit flavours and velvety soft tannins. Rich yet refined, this is made for roast rib of beef or a classic steak frites. Iit also stands up nicely to mature cheddar or a well-aged Comté, bringing out its savoury depth.
