Passel Estate Chardonnay 2018
A rich and complex Margaret River Chardonnay, with a nose of lemon grass, custard, apple, cinnamon and flint. Flavours of yellow peach, freshly whipped cream and grapefruit introduce the palate, guided by a firm and bristling texture, dotted with white fruit, jasmine and subtle hints of dried thyme. Full-bodied with a creamy texture and balancing acidity. Try with creamy shellfish dishes or a rich risotto.
