A wonderful example of Argentinian Torrontés, sourced from Famatina Valley in La Rioja Province at 1,000 meters above sea level. Penty of that sublime exotic character – jasmine scent and lychees – but superb acid structure making it really zesty and lively. Mauricio picks approximately 10% of the fruit a little early in order to achieve this refreshing style. A natural fit for seafood or spice.
