Domaine Haut-Marin No.6 'Fossiles' Côtes de Gascogne 2023
Layers of acacia flowers and ripe peach on the nose. The palate is more fleshy and grassy with lovely grapefruit and pineapple notes and a slight mineral aspect. The Gros Manseng lends body and weight to a deliciously herbal and elegant wine. Try with goats cheese salad, pan-fried salmon or courgette and lemon zest risotto. The aromatic aspect of the wine mean it could even stand up to some subtle asian spiced grilled chicken.
We aim to have your wine ready to collect within 4 hours or less. Please note Click & Collect is only available during the shop opening hours, Tuesday - Saturday, 10am-5pm.
